Founder Attorney

Gracielle Willberg

Grace is an immigration attorney in Miami, Florida that specializes in immigration law. Originally from Venezuela, Ms. Willberg has dealt with immigration offices both as an attorney and as an applicant. Ms. Willberg specializes in a variety of advanced immigration matters including cases before the U.S. Executive Office for Immigration Review, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the Southern District of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She specializes in representing clients with removal proceedings including cancellation of LPR and non-LPR removals, asylum, complex waivers, and adjustment of status. Ms. Willberg has represented clients with family and employment-based petitions, naturalization applications, and asylum interviews before the offices of immigration. She has written inadmissibility and illegality waiver petitions to USCIS and has counseled applicants for consular interviews outside of the country. Ms. Willberg has written appeals to the BIA and AAO from EOIR and USCIS. In totality, Ms. Willberg has dedicated her work on representing immigrants knowledgeably and aggressively.

Laura Meléndez

Laura is an immigration paralegal based in Miami, Florida. Laura specializes in all kinds of immigration forms, including asylums, family-based petitions, work authorizations, advance paroles, removal of conditions, Cuban adjustments, TPS, adjustment of status, and more. 

Laura is originally from Venezuela and fell in love with immigration when she came to this country on a student visa. Laura understands what being an immigrant is and what a great privilege it is to become a U.S. citizen. She loves traveling and has great respect for different cultures, which makes her a great fit for this area of law, where she gets to greet and help people every day, people from all around the world with different backgrounds, upbringings, and cultures. She is detail-oriented and always willing to help; she has been through the process, understands how it is done, and will do everything possible to help you cross the finish line.

Mark Willberg

Mark was born in Maracaibo, Venezuela. He immigrated to the United States in 1990 on an L Visa, and later became a Legal Permanent Resident. Today, he is a United States Citizen. Mark speaks multiple languages and garnered a robust background in business first as a graduate in Business Administration and later as a licensed broker in 1997. Mark focuses on sales, financing, bookkeeping and managerial tasks for Willberg Law.
